Although the size is listed as 2XL+ it can actually fit sizes from LG up to 2XL+. As you can see in the photo I’m a size M and it not all that big on the smallest size set up (L). It can be worn as a stand alone or over a plate carrier. Lenght is 23-1/4 inch Waist is adjustable from 22-1/2 to 27-1/2 inches
